I much prefer my lover to shave her pubis. I think it just makes for a more attractive visual, plus hygine is easier.
I was looking at some old pictures of nudes from the 1960's and talk about hair, wow! Some of the centerfolds had a real bush going. Guess the bikini waxers were not yet up to snuff, hehe.
And don't get me talking about those old swimsuits, lol!
